• Working in a 6 person team to create a start-up which works between service provider and customer
• Identified the customer base and the target market by using the TAM, SAM and SOM methodology
• Carried out customer discovery by taking detailed surveys and interviews to know more about the problem
• Develop a BMC (business model canvas) based on customer discovery, for our company in my project

• Led a team of 4 member that and constructed a Wi-fi controlled bot which was Controlled using an App
• Completed the finial track involving more than 10 different obstacle involving staircase ,inclined plane ,marble track,bridge and obtain one of the best time record of 2 min 40 sec among 100+ competitors
